Element Queensland was established in 2017 by Peter Brady, a seasoned landscape industry professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial grounds maintenance, arboriculture and project management. Peter founded the company with a clear vision: to deliver reliable, high-quality landscape maintenance services built on honesty, professionalism and a genuine respect for the environment.
Since its founding, Element Queensland has grown steadily through strong client relationships and a reputation for consistent, dependable service delivery. Today we maintain commercial properties, public open spaces, residential estates and infrastructure sites across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, the Sunshine Coast and throughout Queensland — extending down to the NSW Central Coast.
Our growth has been organic — built on referrals from satisfied clients and a deliberate commitment to taking on work we can deliver to the highest standard. We don't chase volume at the expense of quality. Every contract is resourced appropriately with qualified personnel, fit-for-purpose equipment and robust management systems.

Element Queensland holds CM3 prequalification and operates in alignment with AS/NZS ISO 14001 environmental management standards. Safety is non-negotiable — every job starts with a thorough risk assessment, and our crews conduct daily toolbox talks and site-specific hazard assessments.
We take pride in how we present ourselves on site. Branded uniforms, sign-written vehicles, and modern, well-maintained equipment reflect the quality of our work. Our supervisors conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed photographic reporting to keep clients informed.
