Element Queensland employs a team of over 50 dedicated professionals including qualified horticulturists, arborists, civil construction workers and experienced supervisors. Our crew members hold qualifications in Certificate III and IV in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, and Conservation & Land Management.

Our Leadership Team

Peter Brady
Managing Director
With over 15 years of experience in client relations and management, Peter is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of Element Queensland. He acts as the primary escalation point across all contracts, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and company standards. Peter holds a Diploma of Arboriculture, Certificate IV in Landscape Construction Management, Certificate III in Horticulture (Landscape & Arboriculture), along with qualifications in Senior First Aid, WH&S and Leadership.

Angela Brady
Office Manager
Angela brings extensive experience in accounting, office and account management to her role as Office Manager. She oversees the overall accounts and administrative processes for the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient coordination between field crews and the office.

Jennifer Ivan
Administration & Accounts
Jennifer has extensive experience providing accounting and administrative services to her role with Element. She plays a key part in ensuring up-to-date and efficient account and administrative management, supporting the team with payroll, invoicing and compliance documentation.

Travis Hazelton
Account Manager
Travis began with Element as a team leader in 2018, performing works for Sodexo/Unity Water, Aldi and commercial clients. He moved into a supervisory and operations role in 2021 before becoming a contract manager in 2023, managing Sunshine Coast Council, Aldi and Roadtek contracts. Travis is currently the key account manager for Sunshine Coast Council across mowing, planting and ad hoc works. He holds a Certificate III in Horticulture (Arboriculture) and Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations.

Darren Wilson
Operations Manager
With over 15 years of experience working for both local government and commercial landscape companies, Darren is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of landscaping services to clients. He coordinates crews, schedules, equipment and resources to ensure properties are maintained efficiently, safely and to contract standards. His role encompasses supervising field staff, managing budgets and materials, maintaining client relationships, ensuring quality control and improving operational processes.
A Culture of Safety & Development
Safety is embedded in everything we do. Element Queensland holds CM3 prequalification — an independent verification of our safety management systems, insurance and compliance. Our crews conduct daily toolbox talks, complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) before each task and follow site-specific safety management plans.
We invest in our people through structured training pathways including formal qualifications, manufacturer equipment training, first aid certification and traffic management accreditation. Regular performance reviews and mentoring programs support career progression and skill development across the team.
